If you're anything like us, Google's Gmail has an iron grip on your life. Google's looking to create a whole new iron grip with a new app from its Gmail team, and it's called "Inbox." What is it? That's a good question -- Google's made a demo slash advertisement video that we've dropped below. As far as we can tell, Inbox is a combination of Google Now and your Gmail inbox -- a "smart" inbox, if you will. It combines alike pieces of email (bank invoices, for example), highlights related information (like Google Now alerting you to flight changes, traffic, etc.) and keeps track of your life (it'll give you reminders, among other heads ups). Is this the end of Gmail? We seriously doubt it, but it is Google's latest foray into simplifying email. Head below for more!

Get started with Inbox
Starting today, we’re sending out the first round of invitations to give Inbox a try, and each new user will be able to invite their friends. If Inbox can’t arrive soon enough for you, you can email us at inbox@google.com to get an invitation as soon as more become available.

:wtf: just got a random invite to try this app two hours ago and :wow: i dont want to see email no other way .

Goog Set has another hit on there hands

Wherever whores go.....
As if Apple, FB, MS, and Amazon don't do the same thing?

Apple makes money off their hardware so information is not that important to them
Facebook well you're a moron if your still using it
MS - Besides windows rarely are they in everyday life
Amazon- jack of all trades master of none

No other company besides FB is based enterily on info as Google is

I'm still trying to get use to it. I wish that once you've read an email in inbox it would mark read in gmail as well. No need for the duplicate notifications.

Like yall haven't put every single piece of information about your life into some form of database on the internet before :usure: . Between social networks, banking sites, shopping, etc. , every single one of us have our lives out in the open for anyone that has the knowledge and "want-to" to see it. What don't people understand about that?

I had to tell like 10 ppl in my family to stop bytching about the recent FB app policy change. What the fukk is the difference from the first policy that you clicked "Agree" on without reading?

Also, our every move has been able to be tracked for quite some time now. Ppl think satelites and GPS just came around with smart phones and shyt lol. You could be found with ya old flip phone...hell, the rectangle Nokias
