And rugby would be popular if there was no football. Our best athletes play football instead of rugby so that's what we watch

I grew up in the sake borough as Wimbledon... They cut off our gas for 2 weeks to supply the tennis tournament.

Kids from Wimbledon had never heard or been to my area same as me to them

tennis is almost exclusively aired during the wee hours of the morning, and even then most of the time its only on the fukking tennis network. its the easiest sport to avoid if youre not interested.

Don't watch the sport like that but when I was younger I used to volunteer at this Tennis center in NY and learned to play the game. shyt is tough as hell but it's a real fun sport to play. So I have a lot of respect for the sport.

One of my favorite sports experience was going to Wimbledon, the first day. I waited in that long ass "queue" to get tickets. The British dudes waiting in line next to me gave me free alcohol (Pimms and Sprite! ) while I was waiting. Got to see a few matches, including Donald Young and Caroline Wozniacki up close. Had some champagne and such. Crowd is bougie but they pay attention to the sport. Tennis looks hard to master and requires a lot of stamina.
