Just left, deposited the the checks in the bank. Stupid bank said the funds won't be available until the 16th...because they have to validate the funds.

If the bank it was drawn on is local, go there, they can cash it.

I got a profit sharing check last week, that was minuscule...but they accepted it right away.

. Something similar happened with my first pay and I drove 2 hours to the headquarters that Friday and had them cut a paper check. I searched for the bank it was drawn on and it was right across the street. I cashed the whole thing LOL. I think they hit me for $7
