All my boys except me have been robbed.

One while trapping.
One who was mistaken for trapping with my boy on someone else's corner.
Another coming out the bank, with a shotgun pointed at his head.
Another while delivering food.

It's rough in my hood. Used to have people try to tap my pockets or strong arm rob me as a young bul, but that lead to fisticuffs. I don't and never have looked like a typical hood nikka so people would try me. But never at gun point.

wat happened

Me and my homie was leaving the strip of bars in Hoboken at around 12:30AM or so. I had parked in this dimly lit parking lot way off from the strip. I sometimes park there because we have another homie that doesn't live too far from there. Anyway, we walking back and are steps away from the parking lot entrance when we felt and heard a presence behind us. We turned around startled, and the dude that startled was like "my bad, I didn't mean to scare y'all". So we turned back around and continued walking but that's when the realization set in that we about to get robbed. We wanted to give dude the benefit of the doubt but as we were approaching my car, dude pulled out what looked like a .22 revolver and told us to hand over everything.

We reported it to the cops and later saw video footage from neighboring businesses of the entire scene. Very eerie seeing yourself robbed on camera like that. Helpless and all
