In 2015, now that rap is so mainstream, people expect pop level performances while rappers are so jaded now that they're just going through the motions to catch a check.

There's still some great ones who can sincerely move a crowd without anything but a DJ. They're a dying breed. I could name a few for sure.

Expand your horizons. If you want to see a performance, go watch a video of James Brown or Bruce Springsteen push human limits all with a smile on their faces. Oh, and they don't sound like shyt live.

I saw that he'll be in Chicago soon. While Budden is one of my favorite artists, I view him as headphone music. I'm not really sure what a concert would be like.

What's the crowd like? I'm not tryna be around a buncha emo nikkas.
