Had back surgery when I was 21, will be 43 in August. Been going to the chiropractor for about 8yrs now. I live by that shyt, and has made my quality of life better. I go once a month for a maintenance adjustment.
X-rays showed that all my vertebrae were shifted and causing pain in hip and muscle spasm in my lower back. For the 1st month I would go 2-3 times a week, the next month was for once a week, now its just once a month.

Most definitely will help. Knee pain probably caused by the back issue. Neck probably caused by bad pillows, posture, and looking down at a cellphoneMy body getting raggedy too..
Knees, sometimes lower back and now my neck area is starting to bother me
Will a chiropractor help in these areas? And will insurance cover a chiropractor?

Why do you say it was a waste in your case? How long did you go? How many sessions? After my accident. Waste of time in my case.
May be fake to you, but now I don't have to take opioids for pain prescribed by "Real" doctors. Chiropractor actually corrected what my neurosurgeon and pain management doctor could only mask with pain meds.Chiropractor = fake DR![]()
