I get it, but this isn't Dinsey bruh. She knows people who are part of the evil, probably raised her with it. I have seen IR couples break up over the Non-black one not wanting a life sentence for racist murders, and if she needs you to see the bare minimum (value in a black man) then she already disqualified in my book.

There was more black/white mixing in slavery times than there has ever been since that time. The little bit of IR relations that existed after the Civil War and into Reconstruction, definitely took place but they were so few in the overall population that they left no real impact compared to what happened during the slave era.

White people, especially Southern whites, bought into the pro-white propaganda, movies and commentary of the early-1900s that portrayed the confederate states succession as being for a noble cause (preservation of heritage amongst other things), instead of solely slavery...which is what is actually was about.

I'm sorry, but it's stunning how effectively what we see and hear from an outside source can completely dictate our reaction to certain events.

For example, we were actually treated BETTER as slaves in comparison to reconstruction and up to the early 1960s because Southern whites actually had a reason to not damage us too badly. After the Civil War, it was open season on black people and they tried their damn-dest to put us back into slavery with worse conditions by way of trumped up charges and black codes and shyt...
