just once. she's not that old (only 31) but she had a kid and her husband died about a year ago due to a stroke. it was during st. patrick's day weekend and the lady was here for her friend's wedding for three days. i was just wondering around one friday night and i went into one bar/club i normally frequent a lot and i went to the bar to order a drink and i saw the lady there. she caught my attention briefly because she kind of reminded me of a school teacher upon first glance (the thing is, she really is a school teacher). i didn't pay her much mind but i could see her looking at me while i was ordering my drink. it was one of those rare moments where you know what's going to happen even before any words are properly exchanged. anyways, i sat in for a few songs with the group there since i had my horn with me, then i went outside for a cigarette. she came outside, kind of looking like she wanted to talk, she asked me for a cigarette. we started talking. her girlfriends came up for a second but then left her with me. then we went across the street for some food (well, i ate, she just ordered another drink). then we went back to my place. had sex. woke up and went to my favorite morning after spot for some brunch. saw the st. patrick's day parade on st. charles. went back to her hotel. her girlfriend she was sharing the room with wasn't there so we fukked again. i left and went back to my house to grab my horn. played two gigs. she showed up after the second one and after her friend's wedding. we made out a little bit. then she left in the morning.
