Anybody ever go through opiate withdrawal?

I hurt my shoulder last month and I've been popping norcos like tic-tacs up until last week. Now I feel like I have the flu or a stomach virus.

I need the Coli Medical Team's advice on this one. Is it from coming off the pills, or do I just have a stomach bug?
