In Canada it's time ( i think like 5-7 years depending on the crime) plus Money. I would assume its pretty much the same in the states. Should be pretty easy to look up info online.
went to court with a lawyer, he got it dropped in exchange for extra community service. after it was done he was like "yeah for 500 more ill expunge it", i was like nah ill let it ride
call him a year later, asked him what the status was. he told me it was expunged breh tried to hustle me for another 500
cant fault him, but yet another confirmation of lawyer scumbaggery
Yea I had a case where they gave me 12 months probation and at the end the charges got expunged if I stayed out of trouble n did some classes n paid fines n shyt during that time ( I did )
An the shyt never came up on a background check for a job Ever even when I had a govt job or anywhere else
U can't even find it if u search the PA website that has criminal records n ppl cases on there
It was pretty easy. I had only got popped for some bud, no priors, so I took the class, did some community service, never had to enter a plea, when the time came I just filed with the court and got it done.
