I have all of mine and I remember My dentist saying I needed to get them removed when I was younger because they were growing in wrong. They don’t really cause any pain but I might get them removed.

Keep em long as you good with the inevitable infection from time to time..I use to pop the dental abscesses to drain the pus instead of going to doctor..good idea until this last time the infection got worse when I popped it and went deep into my gums..took antibiotics and was cool..if you can deal with shyt like that every 18-24 months keep em lol

Still got mine with no problems although once a year the top right one would cause soreness or irritation but I've been good n I'm 29.

Post op pain was miserable for 4-5 days. All I could eat was soup and yogurt
