Anybody ever take Melatonin to help go to sleep?

This shyt be having me getting the best sleep of my life but the problem is it only works if I take it like once every 3 to 4 days. This insomnia is kicking my ass tho.

It made me feel sluggish the next day. I took 2.5-5mg when i took it and it definitily worked with sleep an hour after i took it with wild dreams but i stopped to avoid a habbit.

I used to, but I built up a tolerance. Plus sometimes I would get that "full body numbness" feeling I get when I'm extremely stoned, only without the stoned part.

Yeah it doesn't take long to build the tolerance for it. I think I need an alternative.

It was prescribed to me as an alternative to ativan. Slept well but the dreams were some of the most vivid and bizarre I've ever had. I stopped taking them.
