This shyt be having me getting the best sleep of my life but the problem is it only works if I take it like once every 3 to 4 days. This insomnia is kicking my ass tho.![]()
It was prescribed to me as an alternative to ativan. Slept well but the dreams were some of the most vivid and bizarre I've ever had. I stopped taking them.
Thinking about starting to take this. Any other suggestions / input?
i dont think it has that affect. its not like tylenol pms..its a supplement. it helps you get on a sleeping pattern...not just fall asleepI'm afraid of becoming too dependent on it.Only reason why I haven't started taking it
