Anybody ever tried out an Ubuntu phone? What's the verdict?

One thing I wanna know is: can it run the NBA app with no problems?! I know this is a dumb criterion to shoot down a phone for but I'm an addict brehs.


Also, more generally: what are your experiences with how smooth everything works/how badly they don't work?
Anyone ever tried developing their own app to contribute to the cause? What widely used apps do work and which don't? How good are the alternatives?

Let me know brehs. Been considering trying this thing out.
