I got an offer to check one out. Dude said no experience was necessary. I know nothing about them. Can I get a rundown of what to expect or suspect?
it really depends on the product.I got an offer to check one out. Dude said no experience was necessary. I know nothing about them. Can I get a rundown of what to expect or suspect?
i dont know of life insurance companies that are brokers, although they may have different terminology in that particular field.Update: So apparently it's life insurance primarily. This is from the shyt that I googled. The place is called Prymerica. I got an interview tomorrow but it seems weird because this dude just keeps talking about financial freedom and what not. In my experience so far, this always come down to MLM. I think I'm going to cancel but there's still a part of me that wants to check it out.

i googled them and they are pretty much MLM from what i can see.
They have also been fined by the SEC a while ago, and Citi sold them off in 2010
"To become a Primerica representative, you have to pay an IBA fee of $103.95 that includes sales taxes and you’re also encouraged to pay $28 per month for Primerica online.
Once you’re ‘hired,’ you are told to write a list of your ‘warm market’ that consists of your friends and family so you can immediately start recruiting them which can then duplicate the process. Representatives put a strong emphasis on this as opposed to finding their own customers."
I would not even bother with this. The problem with MLM is you are not a employee you are a 'customer' that has been duped. To make your first sales you have you DUPE the people most close to you, your friends and family. This never ends well as they will resent this later on.
"In 2012, $509,227,049 was paid to its sales force, an average of $5,513 per life licensed representative." from their company information.

DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME BROTHER, dont go to an 'interview', because it isn't that, its a sales pitch.
Good Luck
yeah i mean the gov should ban all MLMs, theyre pretty destructive and prey on the low earners.I didn't see the part about the fine. Yeah, I think I'll pass on that. If it was just some BS, I'd do it since I'm scrambling to make capital any which way ATM (grinding, not emergency). It's also only about 2 miles from my house so it wouldn't be too stressful. But if I actually have to pay into this, then I won't bother.
I think that precedent could be dangerous. I just say scammers gonna scam. I'm considering doing an undercover video for my website but I also have better things to do.yeah i mean the gov should ban all MLMs, theyre pretty destructive and prey on the low earners.
