I like a woman with a little bit of “sass” now and then, y'know a little fire, but the problem is that with some women when you let them be playfully “mean,” they'll eventually get cocky, and what was once a cute gesture soon becomes a situation of where they're taking advantage of you, mentally and sometimes physically, and I don't mean in physical as in the bedroom but as in domestic abuse.

We don't talk about it a lot, but sometimes men are the victims of domestic and psychological abuse at the hands of their women. Y'all may not believe it or think it's a joke, but there really are men out here being abused and psychologically tortured by their girlfriends and wives.

I'm actually much better at handling mean women in my 30s cuz I understand why they are the way they are. When I encountered mean women in my teens and early 20s, I took it personally lol

Now what I do like is a defiant woman. A woman who fights injustice or speaks out against bullshyt. Defiant and mean aren't the same same thing tho.

Which is where the attraction comes from. An element of fear. We think we hate being afraid when the truth is we are addicted to it. we just look for familiar sources of it, 'the devil you know' as they say.

So some men that end up in those scenarios are in them to learn how to toughen the fukk up. And I don't mean that in a shaming/judgemental sense, just that fear and trauma inform who you attract and what patterns you play out in life. People pop up in your life to give you oportunity to balance your fears but you're not obligated to grow or evolve, it's a lot of old fools.

These nice/good/sweet girls be getting depressed and then their whole life goes to shyt. Strong minded women with a little attitude get right back up when life kicks their ass.
Yes, your girl should be submissive and defer to you if you meet that threshold as a man but you also don't want a grown adopted daughter either.
