Anybody from Miami or travels there a lot? Need restaurant and lounge recommendations

Thread title. Me and the old lady going out there in a couple of weeks. I haven’t been in a minute. Looking for dope restaurants and dope lounges where we can have a little fun but it’s not too clubby and shyt. Something nice but laid back with a good vibe.

Edition Hotel (where I stayed) nightclub underneath, full rolling skating arena and bowling too
Setai
Faena
St Regis Bal Harbour (get a burger at the bar) shop

(those hotels are all $500 and up, and post pandemic are probably $800 and up)

Never stayed here but a girl I know who is always in Miami recommended the Nobu hotel there. Lower price point. Everyone says Brickhell is the new South Beach, and SB is for tourists.

There's a Jean George spot at the Edition, The Matador Room, I ate there, and Ceviche 105 in South Beach, this was in 2016 though. The classic Miami SB spots are Joes Stone Crab and Prime 112 too. Oh, a see and be seen spot on Collins called Blue Vlevet or something like that, let me check.

There's good Hatitian food deep in Liberty City, I can post the the spot if I do some searches.

New clients, new dates, new tourists, whatever...that's one heck of a location to do the heavy lifting to impress people just off sheer ambiance. The skyline seaplane tours used to take off from right next door, too. Really nice spot.
