gasp for air and cry, right?

on TV when ppl get panic attacks, they always ask for water.

does the panic attack make you all thirsty?

For me I feel like I can not breathe. I find myself gasping for air. I can't really focus on anything. I am aware that the world is functioning around me but I don't really feel it. There is a lot of mental tension and it is hard to focus on one thing because there are like 50 things running through my head. I don't want to be around people because it feels extremely suffocating. I know for me I end up forgetting a lot. I had an anxiety attack on my way home and forgot where I lived. Thankfully I was with an acquaintance and she took me home. My nerves become really tense, I feel like vomiting, and even if I didn't eat anything before I feel the need to use the restroom. I hate anxiety attacks.

I don't understand why people don't understand that lol. I just use breathing techniques or blow bubbles to calm me down.

I meditate and calm down, takes about 15 mins.

i pace around my flat. wonder why is hasnt gone away yet. start shadowboxing cus im so full of adrenaline then stop because i feel like shyt. i always try to run away from the panic but i can never outrun it. i start doing intense pushup workouts and pullups. its hilarious looking back on it. i dont get them anymore so im good :win:

I'm getting into it too. I think that it is good because it really clears your mind and helps you focus. I also think that increases traits like patience. Whenever I meditate I listen to music that doesn't have a lot of beats to it and has absolutely no talking. I try my best to clear my mind. I noticed that the more I meditated the less anxious I became.I guess a lot does not bother me as much, because meditating feels like leaving this world. I know it sounds a bit weird, but it does feel like you have an inner peace. I used to worry a lot during my first year of college, but it has gotten better since I've been meditating.
Yoga also helps me because I am more concentrated on one thing instead of letting 50 things run through my head. I want to get into acrobatic yoga. When you're focused on reaching a certain position your mind is not as stressed out. At least I feel that way. Oh and eating a lot of clean food helps a lot.

I probably get one a year. Out of nowhere. The room is literally spinning for 15 minutes. I can control myself but I get disoreinted and feel helpless. Part of it it, i think, is excitement (not even fear) about the future. There is also the stress of maintaining everything I've acquired. Racial issues and being steadfast in heterosexuality come into play, too. Do you have panic attacks? Why?

Dude you performed homosexual acts and you know youve insulted god/your black family no shyt you are going to have anxiety

I was extremely stressed out. I had a scholarship that required me to keep an A average. It is stressful because you are ALWAYS worried about your grades. The idea of even getting a B on something stresses you out. Plus I was working 35+ hours a week and a full time student, and dealing with some other issues. I lost my grandfather. I couldn't really focus. Everything took a back seat. I was literally a zombie. I was stressed to the point where I was forgetting where I lived and would get lost on my way home. I let the stress take over again at the beginning of this year.
I'm on a new scholarship. I had some people get mad at me saying that I failed black people, but whatever. When I was really sick they didn't come to see me, so I just do me.

You just needed some Cubano up in that p*ssy to keep your mind right
