I didn’t even lie! That’s what’s fukked up. We’ve had so many ppl leave since the start of COVID that I’ve had to take on shyt that’s really outside of my wheelhouse.

I’m the only black person on my team, so I be hesitant saying “idk how to do that” cuz I don’t want them to think black ppl are dumb.
Better to be honest and say you do not know but you will try to learn. I have seen people flame out for not letting higher ups know what they can and can not handle.

Ah. Pluralsight is great when you don’t need an immediate answer. It sucks if you need a specific answer..

only real option here is stack overflow.

stackoverflow can be intimidating to new people especially since they can be super condescending. Reddit is probably the best place to ask, but she’ll risk barely getting responses depending on the time posted. Unfamiliar territory requires you to jump on early or communicate that the time frame does not work and you’ll need a little bit more time

I tried this but all the info is in one fukking column!

If I understand you right all you have to do is replace the spaces with a pipe "|" :dame: using ctrl-f and replace and then import into excel on the pipe to form your columns.

From there depending on how many lines you have and the data you should be able to scroll down and get a good idea on how the data looks and move forward.

This explains the concept here How to quickly convert csv file to columns in Excel?

use the IN operator
project = myProject and issueType = myIssueType and "Customer Request Type" IN ("the customer issue1", “the customer issue2”)

try something like the following for "Customer Request Type" = "the customer issue1", “the customer issue2”

... "Customer Request Type" in ( "the customer issue1", “the customer issue2” )

or

... ( "Customer Request Type" = "the customer issue1" or "Customer Request Type" = “the customer issue2” )

:russ: Did she skip ya'll answers? :gucci:
