My main options are Wal-Mart, Target and Cabela's. Just want a coat and shyt

The only thing I can advise you is to take whatever you want/need and walk away from the store swiftly. As a (former) security guard, I learned that legally a security guard can't restrain you or touch you in anyway because they don't have that jurisdiction. That can be viewed as an assault and security guards can actually get fined/fired/arrested for it. As well, the moment you are off the premises (out the door, off the parking lot, and away from the property) you can't be touched because it's outside of the jurisdiction.
