I'm constantly coughing and hackin up phlegm...seems like it takes a lot longer to clear my system after getting sick...I put the blacks down but still smoke blunts...sometimes too much smoking makes my throat hurt, I think it's something wrong with my tonsils

Every morning when you wake up drink a glass of lemon juice. Kill bacteria in your throat and loosens up that phlegm.
Stop smoking blacks. if you smoke weed all day switch to papers. Save tobacco wraps for the weekend.

Last time I hit one was Memorial Day, I was at hard rock on he table scressin so I hit till.I haven't bought one in prolly over a month
But yea my grandad smoked but he was always on the opposite side of the house if that counts
