Yo I'm gonna look for that Nokia Music if you can save songs and shyt off that. I don't have it hooked up yet but got it setup on wifi, so I can download that app(or maybe it's already on the phone idk) and do all that without it being activated yet?
Im not sure if the nokia music is available for the 8X, only nokia devices I think, but it wont hurt to search the marketplace

black love, unity, and music
Word
With my phone i browse the web and do all the normal shyt
I could go to bed with it at 21% and wake up 7 hours later at 21%
I do miss some of the shyt I could do with android tho
I would dl shyt and I had that pandora one
Pandora is on Windows phone breh. Plus its free premium service until next year February. Download it now.

Between Pandora, Spotify, Xbox music, and Nokia music, you really have no need to ever buy an album or listen to radio again honestly.

Windows phone has Nokia Music which is BETTER than Pandora.
It does the same thing, has the same "you create a station" option
But the difference is you can create a station, then download the playlist to listen to OFFLINE :wow:
HereDrive is nokia's GPS app, its better than google maps, and you can download maps to use the GPS offline :wow: If you don't have it hooked up yet (service) you can still do the things I just mentioned.

This info is more for the thread starter, I forgot I wasn't replying to him directly :manny:

I do use the Nokia music and it's decent
It doesn't have the library or the selections of pandora
Every time I go to my playlist it plays a lot of the songs I heard the previous time
And the offline option is cool
U could dl multiple playlists and it does it pretty quick

As for here drive. That shyt is horrible
It never finds the address I'm looking for
And when it does it always takes the most stupidest routes

I dl the new York state map but I don't know how to use it tho
Every time I go to it it tells me to turn on gps

So then how could you have used it if your GPS isn't turned on :what:
As for its accuracy, its supposedly known that Nokia Drive is the best navigation there is :manny:
Its worked flawlessly for me (DC, VA, MD.. even Deleware I used it to go to Dover Downs)
Only one time ever did it take me on a questionable route, and I'm not even sure if it was questionable because it could have been avoiding traffic :hula:

As for the music, I never got repeat. They the playlist changes every 30min or so
So that must have been a coincidence maybe? At first I wasn't sure about it, but after using it for a few months I'm convinced its just as good if not better than pandora. If I were to go to a Project Pat station, they not gonna play some MC Lyte right afterwards on Nokia music, thats all I'm sayin...

That's what I got
My htc got fukked up so I needed a phone ASAP
I went and got the htc fixed but by then I got used to the lumias battery life
To me its just a phone, txt, calls, and most importantly emails.

I miss having a keyboard, I don't like touchscreens..

But for I paid, fukk it does what I need

Maybe I misunderstood it's intention
I thought I could dl it and use it without gps

I like the music app but I get too many repeats

There's not 1 positive I've gotten from Nokia drive

Also download the Bing translator app, you can download language packs for off line translations, that combined with nokia drive and the ability to download the maps for offline navigation and basic mapping is a great combo for if you ever leave the country without having to spend a dime, or worry about data charges or getting lost.

Also the new update has wifi spots on the map so if you need to use the built in Skype you can find a spot, although I dont know how great the show wifi spots are out of the country because I havent tried them yet
