I need to get on something quick. Im pretty good on chest exercises... but i need ideas for my back

Also lower body routines.. i know squats calf raises & lunges but what else can i do?

You could do a lot body weight wise:

Squats
Hip Thrust
Frog Pumps
Single Leg RDLs
Lunges have a ton of variations
