But you have to be careful when lifting. Make sure you warm up and throw in some stretching afterwards too, to make sure you're flexible.

I did something weird doing inchworms last week and it still hurts in one very small isolated spot. No massaging or stretching has helped :sadbron:

Pain all around also comes when I get lazy at my desk at work with my posture + stress + apparently doing inchworms :sadcam:

I hit these a few times in the gym. I've gotten to the point where I can hold extra weight in my hands while doing it.

I dont situps, crunches and legs lift too. My back feels so much than before. I'm scared to do any super back exercises bcuz I don't want to hurt myself. These seem to be working.
