Anybody here do a sleep study? How much did it cost + CPap machine?

My sleeping is bad. I blame it on my weight, but thinking back, I used to always be tired back in middle school and high school. Struggled to stay woke in class.

I went to bed at like 9:30 and woke up 3am tired. Wasn't out of breath or anything


Trying to decide when to get a sleep study and how much all of it is gonna cost. Tired of being tired

I got one but because of military shyt (and still not getting 100% yet).

but the machine costs around 5k. See if your insurance covers it
