I don't think I'm ugly though. I just have some mental issues. Low self esteem, ptsd (someone said on here I have that), occasional anxiety, depression.

I don't have PTSD but everything else you shared I experience.

I know nothing about the process of seeing a therapist but I will be seeing one this year.

I've had mental issues I avoid with drugs so your man's telling you not to do coke was great advice.

Trust me.

I've always been leery of seeking professional help but I'm at that point where it's the only thing that will help instead of temporary fixes.
