Fredericksburg is directly adjacent to Stafford County. Quantico is in a whole separate county in a town with a majority black, Hispanic and then white demographic i.e. that come from all over. Stafford and Fredericksburg are the definition of "white flight" . Being in Fredericksburg and Stafford is WAYYYYYY different than being in the next county north. I know a lot about the DMV- Let's not talk semantics.
Richmond is the confederate capital of the South. A big ass confederate flag waving in the sky visible from a major highway is not normal shyt - that's Klan signaling. Neither is a Civil War Trail along with Civil War Re-enactment Parks and sites. Klan territory. The major backroad connecting those towns is named "Jefferson Davis" Highway. You do know who Jefferson Davis is right

On the morning of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, some Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County residents found Ku Klux Klan propaganda flyers at the end of their driveways.
The flyers—inside plastic bags held down by bird seed—had apparently been distributed overnight in subdivisions that included Braehead Woods and Confederate Ridge off Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg. As of Monday morning, the Fredericksburg Police Department had received three reports of the flyers, one of which came from a Spotsylvania resident, spokeswoman Sarah Kirkpatrick said.

Never actually been there myself though, and have no reason to go, it's just a few exits I pass on 96 if I'm driving between Detroit and Lansing.
