I got it done about two n half years ago cost about $3k around there , been wearing glass from 3rd grade to like high school, them had contacts until the operation.

Best thing i ever did.

Operation Pros:

- quick literally 5 min
- your vision is corrected
- Operation itself is painless, dentist visit are worse

Cons:

-not everybody qualifies for the operation
- you dont come out with "perfect vision right away" like the commercials say, recovery time until FULL vision is about a week n half
- you can go back to do most things after like 3 days , but after that night time driving is blurry for a week
- after the operation you have to use them big shades and put in these two drops, one to cure your eye the other one to moisturize it , glasses for a week, drops for about a month

Like i said best thing i ever did, i recommend it to anyone with vision problems

ask me questions

I want to get it so bad.... I've damn near spent 3K in glasses/contacts since I started paying for them...

so you won't need to do a "retouch" after a couple of years?

was it sunny as hell outside when you did it?

No need for retouch but the place i did has lifetime guarantee if my vision were to for some reason get bad again they redo it but they said that almost never happens and i have had no problems ever since, been to the beach, pools, got slapped/punched everything

i had my operation done in Feb. early morning , yea it was sunny but you leave with them big grandpa shades

@ the breh who said he scared dont be , the operation itself is totally knife/cut free , your eyes are clipped open ( sounds scarier than what it is) , a laser does its job, rinse and repeat all over again.

if i do it will i still have to wear glasses at all or will i have perfect vision? cuz my eyes are fukked.

I got mine 5 years ago and have had no problems. No sunglasses...no side effects. Vision is perfect. Just make sure you follow the eye drop regimen closely post-surgery. You spend some money on eye drops, but don't slack on it. And make sure you do your research and go to an opthamologist with an excellent reputation. It's not something you want to try and go the discount route on. The guy I went to (black dude) does lasik for a lot of the Jaguars players.
