Take a trip to the mother land. I know more than a few people who went home, came back here to get certain priorities in check, then went back long-term.
I've never heard from a black person having terrible expieirences in a visit to Africa. They always come back "different". All happy, cheerful, enlightened aninformed, but eventually, daily life back here reverts them back to their American split personality like a cancer

I think black people in general are just fed up with the cactivities... the blatant denial, disrespect, goal post moving, and mental olympics they play when it comes to issues we bring up. Its always, "but chicago...., but crime rates, but al sharpton..blah blah." Im personally sick of it. We're becoming desensitized to the value of our own lives, they're going to push us too far until dudes gonna be like fukk it and

Are black people different out there or something? I've been the only white dude in a room many many times in my life and I really don't see it. If I'm dealing with shady people, or am in a hood I don't know, yeah I'm gonna be a little on edge. That's race regardless.

No, maybe white people might be. New York is gentrified as fukk now too, that has a lot to do with us. A lot of people from the Midwest have relocated here and some of them aren't used to seeing blacks either. Plus, white people in general are paranoid fukks when they aren't aroud their own. Like I said you might be the exception.

I'm the only black person at my job and I've received employee of the month for 6 consecutive months and got promoted while their still in the same postion I met them in when I arrived , and the prejudice vibe from them exudes off them because when I first arrived they tried to greet a nikka with open arms but I already knew it was temporary and fraudulent so I lowkey was like 
. Long story short I came through and crushed the buildings performing more efficient than all my co-workers . One day I was eavesdropping on break and overheard one of them say "Why doesn't that n****r go back to the hood where he came from " All I did was come inside the room and hold my certificate up for 2 seconds on some

. Dukes complexion morphed red quick

So to answer your question it doesn't really bother me because I'm the only black person among cacs everyday but I never socialize with them I'm always in my own realm & I surpassed all of them in the timespan I've been working there and to know it gets under their skin is one of the most satisfying feelings ever
