Don't you have to leave your phone on all night for this to work? My smartphone is damn near entry level, so I fear that if I leave on all night regularly, it will shorten the phone's lifespan.

My main phone is a Iphone

My old phones are for surfing the internet in bed, alram clock , playing games in bed, porn , internet calling etc



I have cheap samsung A9 for personel use / almost like a tablet
