i wanna get some classic beige powerpc/68k macs and finally write my novel :blessed:

it would also be interesting to use one for making music. limiting yourself with hardware might make your music better. outkast did aquemini before windows 98 came out.

and of course if you wanna play classic games theres no better way.

anybody into retrocomputing? what do you have?

Koalabama and the Cosmos
i like retro accessories

CRT > flatscreen
mechanical keyboard > membrane
wired > bluetooth

i do like the look of those lenovo thinkpads with the red navigation button. they look kinda retro...

:ehh: real spit with them talking points. Especially the Think pads that can withstand a tank running over it.

I've been watching a bunch of retro computing content on youtube recently. LGR is a good place to start.

Probably would never get into it myself, but it looks like a fun hobby.

I am comfortable and I love you
I hate even running one of those machines virtually. I emulated the Sharp X8600 and NEC PC88 and 98 to play some games and its such a pain in the ass.

Having to change your CPU speed when your game is running too fast :scust:

Having too much ram installed :unimpressed:

Having too little ram installed :martin:

Changing disks every 5 minutes :scusthov:

Decided the cool pixel art wasn't worth the hassle and just played the games on other platforms
