Anybody know how to get rid of waves?

I came outta the womb wavin'. Waves so deep that if I cut my hair extra close, you can still see the wave pattern. But, I'm kinda tired of my waves, they're starting to look to me, even though most people I meet like them. I wanna switch it up.

Here it go. I been waving my hair since 2005, I have hair like a Cambodian prince but I'm not white. Anway, I tried to grow my hair out and it stayed wavey, the only way to get rid of this gift slash curse is to just not comb it brush it for about a year, you can cut it but don't ever cut forward, go to a preferably asian barber. Sooner than later your hair will be as you wish.
