You realize you're trying to thwart a security/privacy feature of one of the largest tech companies in the world? In 2016 no less, this isn't myspace '06 days. If there was a way to do that it'd be patched quickly.

Find her twitter account. Sometimes they link their IG and twitter and will leave the twitter public. If they post IG pics on twitter you have the direct link to the pic and sometimes those aren't locked

Usually when I wanna follow someone who's page is private I send a request. If they add me cool, if not I KIM.
