Damn I looked on Padmapper and I did not know Boston was that expensive. The rental prices are about the same like here in LA, the only difference is the places in Boston look better than LA, we have a lot of slum lords.

I’m shocked people would think Boston is cheap or affordable. Boston’s entire metropolitan area is even more pricier than the tri state if you include the suburbs


Tri state is much larger and spread out which makes the average price lower.
