Used to eat real good off the black box :shaq:

Then the channels went into the triple digits, and it was a wrap

I remember Comcast was putting the channel's into the triple digits one by one on some weekly shyt.

I'd just sit there :sadbron: each time a channel moved up.

I tried scrambling the box on my own one day...by sticking rolled up aluminum foil into the back of it :what: :snoop:
Blue sparks shot out and the box died. I plugged the cable cord directly into the tv and put the box into a closet , nobody ever asked any questions about it :whew:

I tried it with a coat hanger :troll:

In hindsight...I'm lucky I didn't shock the shyt out of myself.

That 90s black box with the red button was gawdly :lawd:

All the free pay-per view wrestling events, boxing matches, and movies galore :ohlawd:

Discovering the Spice Channel for the first time :deadrose:

Remember, when they tried to get slick, and made your cable blue and scrambled if you had the box connected to the cable box :pacspit:

Then you realize all you had to do was press the red button and unplug it, and you was still able to get the free pay- per view

for like a month. And you just had to repeat the process until mom's finally got satellite dish. :pachaha:

:ahh: The 90s :blessed:

The legendary Black Box..the small little square one from Cox was basic and the medium one that had HBO/Showtime/Cinamax/Spice/Boxing/WWF PPVs. Damn..so many fukking fiascos growing up with that shyt:win:
