Honestly my dude, my opinion is that these are like small fish part-timers, people who are "halfway" in. If you listen to the story, some of them nikkas was just transporting money for the cartel. THis is one that I don't understand right here. Around 2:20, one of the "axe-men" Nudges a one of the living captures to make sure the capture is outside of the swing range of the axe. They're not even killing the tourists over there, what makes you think they'll do anything over here? First time I saw one of these videos, it was shocking and I mean shocking for me.
