Anybody use Excel sheets to manage their week?

What do you use for time management. I tried "to do list" on my phone and stuff like that, but I always just end up saying fuk that shyt.

Whats the best way that you found to manage your time?

Setting alarms on my phone, leaving sticky notes everywhere with what I need to do on every door I'd encounter. I try to keep it low-tech, less distractions.

I use Google Calendars to manage my smash schedule for the week.
