Just finished it. 8/10. I woulda gave it a 9/10, but at parts you really have just force yourself to continue. But, as a whole, it’s masterful storytelling

Not only did this take away from the theoretical nature of it all, but in the midst of all the exposition dumps, it was forced to ham-first linings of the human condition, because it didn't allow itself enough time to create and explore three-dimensional characters beyond splashing around in the depth of a bathtub. Even though it wasn't as mentally stimulating, Stranger Things definitely managed to hit a more balanced note in that regard. On Episode 7 now. My only real "critique" (if you can even call it that) of the show is that it's tough to keep track of all the characters especially once they start time traveling and such.

It was breh. a long ass time ago. coming this year![]()
Seeing this thread upped had me thinking Season 2 was announced.

, but the show does a really good job of just immersing you into all the fukkery that is going on with the town and how things keep repeating. Really glad Season 2 is coming because there is so much to still explore. Even little things like what exactly is up with the red-head that Ulrich's son was smashing and what she is doing in the woods with the box

as well.
