anyone actually getting LTE service with sprint?

I'm curious how these guys get away with selling these "4g,LTE" phones and having customers stuck on piss poor 3G speeds for the most part. What good is all of this teckmology if you are gimped and paying a premium for it?

What sparked this is that I had to inform my friend who got a gs3 on tmo and is getting great data speeds. Some girl he is talking to has the same phone on sprint and was barely getting 1.5 at his house where he was hitting 22.

She is a casual buyer and was unaware, so my boy explained it to her based on my vast knowledge

I had 4G service for like an hour one time last week. Sprint is pathetic. How the fukk they launch LTE in places like bumblefukk Kansas and the northern burbs of Chicago before major cities? I can barely use anything on my phone if I don't have wifi connection

That LTE shyt with Sprint is a joke. I called customer service to see when the LTE towers would be up in Pittsburgh. I was told "by the end of the year".....well, time is ticking. But in the bright side, nothing is going to beat sprints unlimited data.

the rollout is happening gradually. they just got bought out and got a cash infusion so maybe that will speed it up.

Sprint has to be shytting me...they charge you the premium fee regardless if you have LTE coverage or not?

they used to charge 10 dollars for 4g phones then I think they just added the 10 dollars into newer plans but i could be wrong

I know my bro used to pay for 4g wimax and it took like a year before they added it here..which is spotty at best..now they went to lte and no 4g option in the mean time until lte is installed
