I ran five miles before the game and it was a 100 degrees outside. I don't even hate LeBron like that but with all the money and access to the best doctors he can't find anything to help his cramping issues.

He has a history of them. Those were abnormal temperatures. He was clearly fatigued in the third.

So, At what point does someone try to prevent a cramp? He could have been seriously injured out there. He should have been taken back to the lockeroom in the third. That was dumb.

He shouldn't have played through the cramp but they could have done a better job of trying to prevent one.

Pffffft....

It was like 90 degrees on the court.

I've had leg cramps. Depends on the severity though. Mild cramping, he could play at maybe 70%. Really bad cramping, 5% effort, i.e. no running just walking, throwing or passing the ball.

Cramps suck...but Lebron's phony dramatics don't help matters either. That's where a lot of the criticism comes in.
What phoney dramatics? Dude couldn't walk. Do some of you neanderthals know anything about cramps? There's level to this - there are cramps that can fukk with you for a few days where you can't even walk right.

The worst type of cramp is when you can't even stretch it out. I got a cramp once that was on my calves and also on my thighs. So if i stretch my calves out, my thigh muscles will tighten up and vice versa. I had to sit on some stranger's house steps because it was that painful. I think that's what happened to lebron because cramps are easy to fix if it is in 1 place.

I've had cramps before....just saying Lebron is overly dramatic with everything(the ref not counting the tip in and the flailing of the arms after being an example)...I dont see why this would be any different. It was just strange he wasn't drinking fluids on the sideline when he went out around the 3min mark. Also sitting in a chair is about the last thing you want to be doing when you cramp up.

My man - THAT TYPE of cramp will not simply go away by drinking fluids right there. He literally couldn't straighten out his leg. He might legit not be able to play the next game.
