Not telling you to abandon all hope of coming here and enjoying yourself, dude. Just saying that unless you's the go sailing or beach bum type then here (BVI) can be a bit boring around this time. Especially if you've been to the Caribbean and you've experienced it before.

August is the best time to be here and around Christmas if you're looking to escape colder climates. As for the USVI shyt, you aren't a target anymore than me if I went over there now. It's just that they've been stuffing the stats on shootings late this year into the new year so it might not be your best bet to book a ticket now.

Alot of tourists like the Festival season. Food, drink and local women are more prone to flocking to Yankees (Not using that in a derogatory way) then too.
