Most reviews said it's basically a repetitive Hotline Miami without the brilliant story(telling). I don't know how much the game costs but you might be better off waiting until it hits PS+/Xbox Gold.

The presentation looks great.
I usually don't go for these top down games like that. (Only ones off the top of my head that I like in recent times is Diablo and Hot Line Miami).
They look like they've improved on the top down design quite a bit though. There's a ton of stuff going on and it all looks smooth as hell.

The ragdoll physics and destruction are fun. Better than hotline Miami to me
