I went from a 52 LCD Sharp Aquos to 2 sets a 55 inch Panasonic ST60 and a 60 inch VT60 and the plasmas are so so so much better than the LCD's that I have, when I watch sports games at a friend's house which has a newer model Samsung the comparison isn't even there, for pure picture quality the Plasma blows the modern day LED and LCD sets.

If a slight buzzing sound which you won't hear unless the TV is muted bothers you then get an LCD, if you pause a movie and leave the TV on for hours and hours on a constant basis, get an LED and if you have no curtains near your TV get an LED. Otherwise there's no reasoning for not getting the current Panasonic plasma models. Most people that come to my crib always notice how crisp the image is, makes me wanna high five my TV.

For anyone that hesitates just google the cnet reviews.

I enjoy my sharp aquos picture is great.

Just got my 50 in :blessed: That thing is beautiful. I'm about to watch my entire Blu-ray collection over again. :wow:

Once you get those settings right, blu-rays have that awe effect like you just saw HD for the 1st time.

my next TV will be a 4k TV,even with not much 4k content the other HD resolutions will still look better then the other TV'S. With that said gotta save the 65" joints are 5k :to:

that's my next tv as well, Samsung has a 4K set for right around $4,500, got a serious eye on it a few months down the road.......

i enjoyed my LG LM7600 and then i got the Sony HX950 and they sit next to each other in my dual TV set up and while the LM7600 is fine the Sony puts it to shame. unless you have two TVs sitting next to each other running the same content or you get very used to the quality of one then see another that blows it away its hard to know what you could be missing.
