I'd recommend registering your LLC in a tax haven like Wyoming, New Mexico, or Delaware. You can do this over the internet.
You also need to apply for a EIN (which is like a social security number for a corporation) on the IRS website.
Once you have all of that you should open a corporation bank account along with a merchant account (so that you can accept credit card payments).
