This is a great book i used when i first being creating businesses. Excellent guide book for the absolute beginner.

Stop it. A good CPA can be invaluable. How the hell do you think all these large companies get away with paying no taxes despite millions of dollars in revenue? Good CPA's.

For a good CPA, family and friends are always the best way to go. Especially someone that is in the business you plan on entering.

I don't have 256 page tax forms to file. My company can gross 100k+ year, mines are about 10 pages with all the standard deductions.

I'll pay a CPA $300/month do what exactly? I don't make millions a year.

LLC's in NYC had me tight... you gotta publish in a newspaper for like 6 weeks straight announcing your LLC, which overall amounts to 1K or more. bullshyt.

sorry I couldn't help you out. maybe if it was still 2007 leading up to the housing crash I could of done it, but not now. the regulations have come down too hard.

if you had a credit score above 500 I might be able to.

edit: the loans I'm referencing are for subprime people. If you've been turned down by your bank or can't get a traditional loan. They're have higher interest rates but they're better than a cash advance or payday loan.

I use a CPA and he is worth every penny. Dude has my tax rate at about 18% right now. But again, i have a pretty complex tax structure so myself and you may not be in the same financial situation.
