My homeboy talking about doing that IML forex program..is it a legit

I am getting in next month. Perfect stimulus investmentI cracked and purchased the course last week i'm spectical about MLM but breh who recruited me seemed like a good dude. Thought fuk it i ain't gonna be working or spending money until June may as well see if i can spend money to set me up to make money.
All good so far obviously there is a lot of free material on youtube you can use but with a decent group you can get signals and mentor ship. Not sure how long i'll pay the monthly fee though but on the team i'm in seem to be legit traders in the whatsapp group nobody is even talking about hustling the course![]()
There is an MLM element to it but the referral/recruitment side is optional, the only thing is it is hit and miss with who you sign up with and if they are actual traders or looking for a short term hustle to sell courses. It is not a secret to make money per say, since you need to actually learn forex and go through a training plan, from there trade on a demo account ask you're mentor whenever you struggling. You can definitely learn on your own though if you're brave enough.if they have the secret to making money, then why are they giving that information to other people?
seems like a pyramid scheme to me.
What does this even mean?Another one bites the dust
there’s hilarity in the wakeupnow thread I think it’s in JBO. Spectical huh?
I went thru the whole Facebook forex sceneWhat does this even mean?
Anyway, funny I was going to make this thread yesterday. My little sister brought this to my attention seeing how I didn’t even know what it was.
After doing research and seeing how desperate her “mentors” were to “recruit” her, I started thinking it was a pyramid scam.
I told her it’s on her ofcourse, but it seemed too good to be true type of thing. Plus 200$ for a course and a monthly fee????

I actually work in the finance industry and any fx trader worth their salt would not willingly encourage others to start trading in fx because of its highly speculative nature. You should know first hand the type of inevitable losses you have to take and to encourage these dudes on the Coli, who quite possibly don't even have basic investing knowledge, let alone extensive knowledge of the market, to start trading in fx is reckless. Most legit fx traders are not even trading with their own money.
If you want to be helpful, tell these dudes to contribute to their 401ks up to their company match and increase incrementally each year. Tell these dudes to max out their Roth contributions each year. Tell these dudes to properly understand their limitations and risk profile when making diversification decisions. But don't have these dudes jumping into fx trading because you're setting them up for disappointment.
