And what kind of mechanism exists that would prevent ppl from picking a route, picking up the packages, not delivering a one and then going back after your hours are up and dropping off all the packages?
They give you a weekly summary. They warn you if you schedule too many routes and end up not showing up, they warn you if too many of your delivered packages are not received by the person who it was supposed to be delivered too (this is a big one) and they warn you if aren't delivering enough packages in your scheduled route. Too many times and they terminate you. But honestly, no one wants to go back to the warehouse (Some of these dudes will leave your package in the most unsafe places in order to finish their route). If you get $75.00 to work from 3:00 to 6:00pm, you don't want to have to use up your gas and maybe even pay toll to go back to the warehouse and return your packages. At least with me, I'm trying to hurry up and finish at 5:00pm and see if I can get another route or go home.
