Yep, it looks like NYC is one of the few areas looking for more drivers.

I wonder if they’ll let me do it cause my car is under my mothers name and insurance

You sign up for a block which can be from 1-4hrs. Each block already has a set price that you can make. Say 4 hour block pays $100, you get this amount whether you have no packages or 55 packages to deliver. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you to complete your deliveries, you only get the amount assigned for the block. The good thing is if you finish early you can take another block if available and make more money.

You also get the option of doing amazon fresh, which are grocery deliveries. I’ve never done them.

You can bring your kids or anyone else you want along. However sometimes you get a lot of deliveries and may not have enough space.

It’s a good side hustle. If you have a hybrid or electric car you are winning.

Only thing I saw during the application process that was a vehicle requirement was they wanted you to have a four door vehicle or a hatchback, because it facilitates easier loading. But I'm gonna show up with my backup car, which is a two door coupe. Doubt that they'll turn me away though...

My location was in the city and near mass transit, They do be having spots in the middle of nowhere so you will need a vehicle to get there and to your destination. Depends what state.

Is there a quota on the number of jobs that you HAVE to accept to maintain your employment status, or you can just work Whenever?

Pros

- You can pick any time from morning to the latest which is 6pm (ends around 9 after you are done)
- Sometimes they offer you extra money to do it
- You can do multiple times a day
- They pay you in 2 days
- Usually some of the deliveries are close to each other in areas. 5 in one area, 5 in other.
- The people you are dealing with at warehouse are nice, and sometimes if their app fukks up on you..you still fully get paid.


Cons
- Their app, specifically the map is terrible (you can use google maps but their map helps you find the closest one so I used that) you can try different techniques but have to look into it
- I live in the valley which means sometimes I have to go in the damn mountains, and T-Mobile is shyt
- Dealing with apartments..some apartments are on the road, tough to find parking, then some apartments have the gate and you need the code, etc. It's frustrating

Overall it's a nice way to make $50+ or even $100 if you do it twice. One round takes 3-4 hours or 2 if you have a nice day. Packages can vary from 20-40.

Amazon CEO is worth over $100 billion instead of maybe $30 billion or less because a lot of people get suckered into doing this dumb shyt.

If I remember correctly, they asked what type of car I would be using but that was it. I know they ran a background check. But nothing regarding insurance.

I DON'T DO IT ANYMORE. IT'S STILL PRETTY DECENT FROM WHAT I HEAR. THEY ARE OPENING MORE CENTERS SO THERE ARE PLENTY OF ROUTES.
