i think it is the one of the most arrogant things for man to assume he knows where life began.

look around you. what object do you see that wasn't put there by man? just as those objects were put there, man was put here as well.

look through life, there is an hierarchy. microscopic organisms, insects, animals, mankind.....does intelligent life end with man? it is ridiculous to believe so.

and statistically, we are still the most disenfranchised group in america.

but your example makes no sense, if anything, that gives us more claim to this land than the white folks who brought us over here. why would i leave something my ancestors help create? and what does that have to do with praising their god?

i agree, i consider myself agnostic but acknowledge this could all be intelligent design. hell, could be a simulation for all we know.
