The deaths caused by war and sacrifice trump the deaths of diseases that have a 300 year shelf life. You must think the only religious deaths are those in suicide bombings and shyt. The entire Native American population was wiped out in the name of GOLD, GOD and GLORY. An entire hemisphere of people. TWO Continents. Entire Civilizations. GONE. WTF is a Crusade? How about a jihad? How about the Holocaust? There is not an army on the face of this planet that didn't tell their soldiers that "God" was on their side even when both sides prayed to the same God. And if you think the soldier that made it home was always the same religion then you are mistaken.
